Through tools like our automated logo maker, branding and design studio, domain registrar, website builder, etc. we’re committed to making starting a business affordable and accessible to everyone.

What we’re looking for:

  • An individual who will provide excellent support to customers via email and chat, to understand their needs and ensure their success with Tailor’s product
  • A tech-savvy person who is able to work in a computer-based environment and is familiar with social networks and Google Suite 
  • Someone who is able to identify service disruptions and work closely with Tailor’s team to ensure the availability of Tailor’s products and services
  • A people-person committed to giving outstanding service, who will take every inquiry from start to finish and follow up until the customer is satisfied

Requirements

  • English as a mother tongue – must
  • Understanding of the American culture, customer behavior, and expectations
  • Ability to multitask and function within a fast-paced working environment 
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Availability to work Mon-Fri 
  • B.A degree in a relevant field
