Email Marketing Lead

About the Job

The Email Marketing Lead at Tailor Brands will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns and automatic email flows for our rapidly expanding suite of products.

You’ll manage, execute and optimize all of our email marketing efforts – launching, monitoring and analyzing email campaigns, deploying email flows based on product KPIs, and A/B testing in order to maximize revenue and product engagement based on user data.

Responsibilities

  • Managing email campaigns and communicating company brands through email marketing

  • Providing creative briefs for content & design teams to create assets for emails

  • Developing, QAing & deploying email campaigns

  • Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement

  • User segmentation, audience building and implementing re-marketing strategies

  • Managing triggered email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize business KPIs

  • Initiating, conducting and measuring A/B tests in emails

  • Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide optimizations

  • Reporting on sales revenues generated through email marketing campaigns

  • Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry

  • Reporting and working closely with the Director of Product Marketing

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Email marketing experience managing large scale global email campaigns

  • Proven knowledge & experience in HTML & CSS – Must; SQL & JavaScript – major advantage

  • Passion about product marketing and a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and funnel optimization

  • Experience with conducting A/B and multivariate experiments

  • On top of the latest trends and best practices in email marketing

  • Highly motivated, self-starting, goal-driven and result oriented

  • Ability to think creatively and work independently

  • Highly analytical, ability to draw conclusions and translate raw ad complex data into actionable decisions and profitable marketing plans

  • Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to details

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Fluent in English, Spoken/written – Must
