PPC & Video Account Manager

About the Job

The PPC & Video AM is responsible for managing paid campaigns for a rapidly expanding product. You’ll carry out the day-to-day management of paid campaigns (video/display/search); launching, monitoring and maintaining campaigns, undertaking keyword research and A/B testing, allotting budgets and bids, writing ad copy and working closely with the creative team in the creation of video ads, display banners and Landing Pages.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and optimize Video and Display campaigns
  • Create, manage and optimize search campaigns in English and other languages
  • Create, manage and optimize Remarketing campaigns
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze campaigns
  • Perform ongoing source discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and implement optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor performance
  • Research and analyze industry changes/developments in Video and Display advertising

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2 years minimum) managing large scale (at least $100K a month) video campaigns in Youtube / display campaigns in GDN (+ Other platforms – Advantage)
  • Proven SEM experience managing large scale global PPC search campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
  • Passion about the online marketing and a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Video and Display advertising
  • Highly motivated, self-motivated, goal driven and result oriented.
  • Ability to think creatively and work independently
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to details
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent in English, Spoken/written

Nice to haves

  • Experience in Social Media advertising managing global PPC campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Experience working with automation / smart optimization platforms
  • Fluent in other languages
  • Media Buying and Programmatic experience
