About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced research team leader to help scale and mentor our growing research team, and integrate user insights in all stages of the product development process.  

  • Lead and coach a team of researchers, executing mixed-methods research across the product development process for several product teams
  • Plan, design and conduct a wide range of research methods, including usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys and data analysis
  • Collaborate with leadership in order to define short- and long-term strategy for our products, based on user needs and insights
  • Work with various stakeholders to prioritize research needs and determine how to best leverage user research to deepen our understanding of our users, and insure impact, opportunities and scope in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
  • Take an active part in the team in order to structure and scale research practices and operations
  • Integrate insights, and find creative ways to increase customer empathy and user-centered approaches within the broad organization
  • Implement a user-centered approach of guidance, education, and hand-holding within our product flows


  • M.A./M.Sc. in a relevant field (Psychology, Human-Factors Engineering, etc.)
  • 3+ years of relevant user research experience (within digital experiences), including generating actionable insights that drive impact
  • Experience conducting hands-on complex research and using a variety of research methods, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide set of stakeholders, including designers, product managers, and software developers
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas to their essence
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility in working hours (to enable research sessions with US-based users)
  • English – mother-tongue level


  • Previous experience in direct managing, coaching or developing a team of user researchers; experience recruiting and building research teams 
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing between scrappy and rigor research practices

*We are located in Tel Aviv but Hybrid mode is on!

Our team is currently working in hybrid mode. Those who prefer to work in our office can do so in a safe environment.
