  • File online – You can do this by visiting the WV One Stop Business Portal and clicking on the blue “File Annual Report Online” button. Once completed, click on the “Checkout” button to pay the $25 fee via credit card (an additional $1 convenience fee will be assessed).
  • File by mail – If you decide to file by snail mail, be sure to include a printed copy of your annual report, along with a check or money order for $25 made out to “West Virginia Secretary of State.” Mail payment and form to WV One Stop Business Center, 1615 Washington Street. East, Charleston WV 25310.
  • File with a compliance service – Some West Virginia LLCs choose to save the time and hassle by using a compliance service (like we offer) to handle their annual reporting for them.
