What we’re looking for

  •  Creative flair and strong visual design skills: As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you should have a good eye for design and be able to create visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles: You should have a solid grasp of user-centered design principles, ensuring that the user experience is at the heart of all design decisions.
  • Proficient in creating user flows and interactions: You should have experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate the desired user experience and validate your design decisions.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow: We are looking for someone who is excited to learn new skills and grow within our company. You should be open to receiving feedback and actively seeking opportunities to improve your work.

Requirements

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for our B2C products.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design visually stunning and engaging user interfaces that are easy to use and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the user experience based on user feedback, analytics, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to your work when appropriate.
