About the Role:
- Providing excellent support to customers via emails and chats, to understand their needs and guarantee their success with Tailor’s products
- Become experts in Tailor Brands’ products and stay up-to-date on new features and improvements
- Identify service disruptions and knowledge gaps, and communicate it to relevant teams in order to improve our overall support
- Collaborate with other teams like R&D, knowledge base, Marketing and Product, with the shared mission of providing the greatest care for our users
- Take initiative to provide excellent support to users in order to understand their needs and ensure their success with Tailor Brands
Requirements
- English as a mother tongue – must
- Understanding of the American culture, customer behavior, and expectations
- Ability to multitask and function within a fast-paced working environment
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- Availability to work Mon-Fri
- B.A degree in a relevant field
