At Tailor Brands, we’re all about the team. We need the right people to continue our growth, and that’s where you come in! As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be instrumental in finding and hiring the top talent we need to take our company to the next level.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate and motivated about recruiting and hiring. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and filling key roles across the company.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create a plan to attract the best candidates out there
  • Use social media, job sites, and other channels to find both active and passive candidates who are the perfect fit for the job
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and personality to see if there’s a cultural fit
  • Be in charge of the candidate experience from start to finish, making sure everything goes smoothly, to ensure a positive and efficient hiring process
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment initiatives and programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Build a strong relationships with candidates, managers, and partners outside the company
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process


  • A passion for what you do!
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field
  • 3+  years of experience in talent acquisition, in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent through various channels
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High level of English
  • Multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to details
