About The Position

About Tailor Brands

Tailor Brands is a platform that builds businesses — from launch to growth and everything in between. Our Guidance Engine creates a personalized plan for every new business, simplifying the process of starting, managing, and scaling. We don’t just give you tools — we guide you through the journey of building a successful business.

What Makes This Role Unique

We’re opening new product lines and audience segments. This role takes leadership-defined strategic bets and turns them into fast, measurable MVPs. It’s hands-on, high-velocity work — building, testing, deciding, and moving on. Not backlog management. Not feature iteration. Real validation and real calls.

What You’ll Do

  • Scope and ship lean MVPs tied to company-level growth bets.
  • Prototype using no-code, scripts, or prompt-based workflows to learn quickly.
  • Run pilots end-to-end — recruit users, set metrics upfront, instrument, and decide whether to scale, adjust, or stop.
  • Analyze funnel and cohort data and share clear readouts tied to decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Growth, Support, BizOps, and Legal/Compliance to make sure launches are real and supportable.
  • Define what it takes for MVPs to graduate to GA — owners, support flows, and monitoring.

What This Role Isn’t

  • This is not geographic expansion, not feature polish, and not project coordination.
  • It’s hands-on product building with shifting priorities, short cycles, and clear accountability for outcomes.

What Success Looks Like Early

  • Translate 1–2 strategic bets into scoped MVPs with clear metrics and learning plans.
  • Launch at least one pilot with instrumentation and decision thresholds agreed in advance.
  • Establish a weekly cadence of concise updates and decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Product Management or experience as a founder/early employee.
  • A record of shipping customers-facing work and running measurable pilots.
  • Hands-on build skills: low/no-code tools (Retool, Make, n8n, Zapier), lightweight scripts, and prompt-driven flows.
  • Vibe coding experience with Loveable, Base44, or any other tool.
  • Experimentation basics: A/B tests, funnel and cohort analysis; comfort with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap. SQL is a plus.
  • Strong execution: clear scoping, tight timelines, crisp communication.
  • Ownership and comfort with ambiguity.

How to Apply

  • Send your resume/LinkedIn and a brief note about an MVP you launched, the metric you moved, and what you’d change next time.
