About Tailor Brands
Tailor Brands is a platform that builds businesses – from launch to growth and everything in between. Our “Guidance Engine” creates a personalized plan for every new business, simplifying the process of starting, managing, and scaling. We don’t just give you tools – we guide you through the journey of building a successful business.
Why this role matters
Turn leadership and growth strategy into shipped MVPs. You’ll scope, prototype, launch, measure, and iterate. We work lean. You’re part of the build, not a coordinator. Reality changes fast here; priorities, scope, and expectations will evolve. That’s not a bug – it’s part of the job.
First 90 Days
- Translate 1-2 leadership‑defined bets into scoped MVPs with metrics and learning plans.
- Launch at least one pilot with instrumentation live and decision thresholds agreed.
- Share concise readouts and set a weekly cadence for ongoing bets.
What This Role Isn’t
- Idea exploration is encouraged, but execution aligns with company strategy – not ‘build whatever you think.’
- Geographic expansion.
- Shipping vibe‑coded prototypes to production.
- Project‑management ‑ only work or lengthy PRDs.
- A fixed, unchanging set of responsibilities – your focus will evolve with the business.
How to Apply
Send your resume/LinkedIn and a brief note about an MVP you launched, the metric you moved, and what you’d change next time.
What You’ll Do
- Ship MVPs for new product lines and audience segments. Keep scope tight. Get something in users’ hands quickly.
- Prototype to learn. Create working demos and wireframes with low-code/no-code/vibe platforms, simple scripts, or prompt chains. These prototypes are for tests and usability sessions, not production.
- Run pilots. Recruit early users, define success criteria up front, and make a clear call: scale, adjust, or stop.
- Instrument and analyze. Set up tracking, review funnels and cohorts, and write short readouts that tie results to next steps.
- Partner across teams. Work closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Support, BizOps, and Legal/Compliance so launches are real, compliant, and supportable.
- Operationalize. Document the path from MVP to GA, including owner handoffs, support playbooks, and monitoring.
