As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind how Tailor Brands attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from strategy and sourcing to onboarding — partnering closely with leaders to align hiring with business goals. Beyond filling roles, you’ll shape how we tell our employer story, bring data-driven hiring to life, and ensure every candidate and hiring manager experiences the speed, quality, and care that define our culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-changing environments and wants to help build the next chapter of Tailor Brands’ people journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from role scoping to onboarding – ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with leaders to design and execute strategic hiring plans that align with the company’s growth goals and future workforce needs.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives that strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, including social media presence, campaigns, and talent community engagement.
  • Build and manage our Employee Referral Program to encourage internal participation and attract high-quality talent.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to optimize sourcing, screening, and decision-making processes, improving both efficiency and pipeline quality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, agencies, and vendors to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to identify insights and trends, optimize processes, and ensure hiring excellence.
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee experience, and talent development, as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles within a tech environment (preferably in a startup).
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Engineering, Data, or Product) with an understanding of the skills, profiles, and hiring challenges unique to tech talent.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to translate organizational goals into effective hiring actions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience using AI-based recruitment technologies, sourcing platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Passion for people, talent, and innovation, with a drive to make a meaningful impact across the organization.
