We Want You! We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager – Discovery Channels to lead and scale Tailor Brands’ performance marketing efforts with a specialization in Meta and TikTok.

This is a high-impact, role where you’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization for our most critical acquisition channels. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth by combining analytical rigor with creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategy & Growth: Own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok, ensuring campaigns align with Tailor’s business goals and deliver strong ROI.
  • Creative Excellence: Partner with design and creative teams to deliver high-performing, trend-aware content tailored for discovery platforms.
  • Experimentation & Innovation: Continuously test new audiences, ad formats, bidding strategies, and creative concepts to maximize acquisition efficiency.
  • Deep Analysis & Reporting: Build actionable insights from campaign data, presenting clear recommendations to leadership and influencing company-wide acquisition strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Creative to align acquisition efforts with broader company priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in online marketing, with a specialization in discovery platforms (Meta & TikTok).
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale performance campaigns (minimum of $500K monthly spend on Meta).
  • Deep expertise in paid social, including advanced knowledge of platform tools, attribution, and performance metrics.
  • Creative and analytical mindset – able to generate unique concepts, spot and adapt to platform trends, and pair creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Savvy in the creator and UGC ecosystem, with strong awareness of how this world shapes platform performance and consumer behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools – daily use for workflow optimization, creative ideation, data analysis, and campaign execution.
  • Experience in B2C environments is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
