We Want You! We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager – Search to lead and scale Tailor Brands’ acquisition strategy on Google Search and complementary search-driven platforms.

This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of our search marketing programs. You’ll be responsible for maximizing efficiency and growth, combining a sharp analytical skill set with a creative mindset to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Search Growth: Own the strategy and execution of Google Search Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with Tailor’s business goals and customer acquisition objectives.
  • Campaign Optimization: Manage and refine keyword strategies, bidding models, and audience segmentation to maximize LTV/CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Creative Excellence in Search: Partner with content and design teams to deliver compelling ad copy and landing page experiences that convert.
  • Experimentation & Innovation: Drive continuous testing across keywords, landing pages, and automation strategies to identify scalable growth opportunities.
  • Deep Analysis & Reporting: Transform campaign data into actionable insights, clearly communicating performance and recommendations to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Creative teams to align acquisition efforts with broader company goals.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in online marketing with a specialization in Search Ads (Google Ads a must).
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale Google Search campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Deep expertise in SEM, keyword management, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Creative and analytical mindset – able to generate compelling ad copy and landing page concepts while optimizing with a data-driven approach.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools – daily use for workflow optimization, creative ideation, data analysis, and campaign execution.
  • Experience in B2C environment is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
