About the role
As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the marketing communications and brand efforts for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. You will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives, and that effectively position our brand in the marketplace.
- Lead the implementation of our brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels that effectively communicate our brand value proposition and drive engagement with our target audience
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and CS, to ensure alignment on marketing priorities and messaging
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and initiatives
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in brand marketing and incorporate new ideas into our marketing strategies and tactics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or marketing communications
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and brand management principles
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, events, PR, TV)
- Proven ability to manage agency relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and personal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving brand awareness and engagement
- Ability to handle multiple tasks projects, and perform under pressure
- High level of English – a must
