Role Overview – Steering Growth Through Intelligence

We are seeking an extraordinary VP of Marketing Strategy to drive our growth trajectory to new heights. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and analytics, relying on your expertise to make sharper business decisions, optimize our overarching strategy, and enhance our impact in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, serving as the central figure in all marketing activities; align marketing efforts with overarching business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Identify potential growth opportunities, deriving from your forecasts, and drive the strategic plans, campaigns, and tests to capitalize on them.
  • Bridge the gap between front-line marketers and senior leadership, establishing an efficient dialogue of growth-driven insights.

Requirements

Requirement:

  • 3+ years of experience with B2C/DtoC marketing at a director level, equivalent, or higher.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, methodologies, and best practices, with expertise in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of data and hands-on experience analyzing marketing performance. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in growing the company’s funnel and traffic.
  • Strong problem-solving and fact-based decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
