We are looking for

A strategic and results-oriented SEO leader to build and manage a high-performing team. You’ll be passionate about SEO and have a proven track record of driving organic growth for B2C startups. You’ll inspire and empower your team to achieve ambitious SEO goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities for organic traffic.
  • Oversee all aspects of on-page and technical SEO optimization, ensuring a strong foundation for organic success.
  • Manage and prioritize SEO projects, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring timely completion.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices, implementing them to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze SEO performance data and report key metrics to stakeholders, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Product, Development) to ensure SEO integration across all aspects of the business.
  • Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the SEO team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.


  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a minimum of 3 years leading and managing an SEO team within a B2C startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of all SEO disciplines (on-page, technical, off-page) and their impact on organic search performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Experience using advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog) is essential.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for SEO and a demonstrable track record of success in driving organic growth for B2C startups (portfolio or case studies a plus).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the e-commerce or B2B space can be valuable.
  • Experience with a CMS platform
