About the Role

  • End-to-end product lifecycle ownership from planning through delivery & optimization
  • Conduct data-driven product optimization through A/B testing, data analysis, and market research on a daily basis
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product experiences (Customer Success, Data, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal)
  • Create wireframes and UX flows to solidify product strategy into new features and products
  • Make dreams come true – help aspiring business owners bring their business to life.

Requirements

  • An analytical B.A./B.Sc. from a leading academic institution (advantage for entrepreneurship programs such as Zell, Adelson, We, Coller Ignite, TAU Up, etc.).
  • 2 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in making an idea come to life (a startup, big project, etc.).
  • Good understanding of UI/UX – at the end of the day, it all comes down to good old-fashioned user experience.
  • Familiarity with market research, business analysis, and product techniques.
  • Ability to understand, discuss, and communicate technical concepts, prioritization, and risk assessment.
  • English proficiency and experience working with English speakers – many of our users, as well as many of our team members, are English native.
  • A huge fan of collaboration – we’re looking for someone who knows how to engage, collaborate, and motivate others to foster healthy discussions.

  • We are located in Rothschild, Tel Aviv
  • Our hybrid model includes four days in the office and one day at home
