Tailor Brands Contest Rules

Official Rules: This is a contest of skill, not a game of chance, and is void where prohibited. It is sponsored by Tailor Brands Ltd. (“Tailor”) and open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C. who are 18 or older and hold an active Tailor account. Employees of Tailor and their families are not eligible. No entry or action is required. All eligible account holders are automatically considered unless they opt out by contacting [email protected] or decline the prize. The contest runs in monthly periods beginning November 1, 2026 and continuing until Tailor, in its sole discretion, ends it. Each month, Tailor’s judges will evaluate eligible businesses based on data available to Tailor through their use of Tailor services, using these predetermined criteria: business growth and milestones achieved (40%), use of Tailor tools to build the business (30%) and impact on customers or community (30%). The highest-scoring business wins, and ties are broken by the highest score in the first criterion. The judges’ decisions are final. One winner per month receives $5,000 USD, which cannot be transferred. Winners are responsible for all taxes, must provide any required tax forms (such as a W-9), and may be required to sign an eligibility affidavit and a release within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not do so, the prize may be awarded to the runner-up. Winners’ names and business names will be announced only with their consent. Business data is used for judging in accordance with Tailor’s Privacy Policy. Tailor may cancel or modify the contest at any time, including in the event of fraud or a technical failure. These rules are subject to the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of Tailor’s Terms of Service.
