Not necessarily. While we recommend using a business account to keep your personal and professional finances separate, you can use a personal checking account to receive payouts.
There are no monthly “hidden” fees. You pay only when you get paid. The platform processing fee depends on your Tailor Brands plan.
Major cards and popular wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), subject to Stripe availability.
If a customer disputes a payment, Stripe manages the dispute process. You’ll be notified and can upload evidence from your dashboard.
Yes. You’ll get an email as soon as a payment is completed, and track the transaction as it appears in your dashboard in real time. You can manage alerts (for payments, refunds, and disputes) in your settings.
