About the Role:

We are looking for a results-oriented Influencer & Community Marketing Manager to join us for a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will own Tailor Brands’ presence across the social ecosystem, maintaining the momentum of our creator programs while keeping our community engaged and actively monitoring our social channels.

This is a hybrid role that blends the analytical rigor of performance-based influencer marketing with the hands-on execution of community management. You will oversee our media partnership ecosystem, including influencers, creators, and affiliates, focusing on building high-impact relationships that drive revenue and brand visibility.

This role is not focused on content creation, but on managing day-to-day influencer and creator operations, partnerships, and ongoing community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Execution: Own the full lifecycle of influencer and creator partnerships, including outreach, managing inbound requests, negotiation, contracting, and execution.
  • Creator Portfolio at Scale: Manage a high-volume creator base primarily made up of micro and mid-tier creators
  • Cross-Functional Strategy: Work closely with creative and acquisition teams to optimize performance-driven campaigns and brand awareness.
  • Active Engagement: Manage the daily engagement of our social channels. This includes responding to DMs, social commenting, and fostering real-time conversations with our audience.
  • Brand Monitoring: Actively track brand mentions and industry trends, flagging feedback or opportunities to internal teams.
  • Community Scouting: Identify organic brand advocates within our community and user base to surface for marketing purposes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media partnerships
  • Experience managing partnerships end-to-end – from outreach and negotiation to execution and optimization
  • Able to commit to the full duration of the maternity cover contract
  • Proven track record working with B2SMB or SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and online customer acquisition
  • Passion for social media, influencer culture, and emerging digital trends
  • Familiarity with US culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English – spoken and written
