Trademark Bundle FAQ

Only the owner of the asset or someone on her/his behalf can file for a trademark application. So, if you own your logo design, we can assist you in submitting your trademark application.

In a nutshell, our service simplifies the federal trademark application submission process. You simply need to answer a few easy-to-follow questions that take between 10-15 minutes!

Once we have your information, we’ll handle the paperwork at the United States Patent and Trademark Office for you. The service includes e-filing your application with the USPTO.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a database of registered and pending federal trademarks. As part of our service, we provide a basic direct hit search of this federal database. This search will identify potential pending or registered trademarks that are confusingly similar to yours, so you’ll know whether you can go ahead and register your mark or not.

In order to simplify the process for you, we created a simple questionnaire that usually takes between 10-15 minutes to complete.

Once you complete the questionnaire, you will be redirected to the checkout page, where you can complete the payment and submit your application.

Most applications are processed between six months and one year.

The USPTO will review your application within four to five months. At this point, your application will either be approved, or you will receive an Office Action – which means there is an additional issue or clarification required in order to process your application.

Please note that Tailor Brands is unable to assist in responding to the USPTO (with respect to the Office Action or otherwise).

You can check your current trademark application status by accessing the Trademark Applications and Registrations Retrieval database online, at http://tarr.uspto.gov/.

Unfortunately, yes. Your request may be rejected if consumers could confuse your mark with another trademark in a similar industry (meaning, if your mark looks like another mark) or some generic terms or words.

For the TEAS Standard filing option, the government charges $350 for each Class you choose. Usually people only have one Class, so the government filing fee is $350, which goes directly to the USPTO.
