As a User Experience Researcher, you will generate user insights and integrate them into different stages of the product development process.


About the Role

  • Plan, designed, and conducted UX research using various research methods, including usability testing, in-depth interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysis
  • Drive changes by translating research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product and leadership teams, through written reports, in-person presentations, and hands-on collaboration
  • Work with Stakeholders, Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to prioritize research opportunities and scope in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment 
  • Manage research operations, including participant recruitment, screening, and scheduling
  • Partner with the research team to integrate insights, and find creative ways to increase customer empathy and user-centered approaches within the organization
  • Implement a user-centered approach of guidance, education, and hand-holding within our product flows

Requirements

  • English – Native
  • M.A./M.Sc. in a relevant field (Psychology, Human-Factors Engineering, etc.)
  • Professional experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods 
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide set of stakeholders including designers, product managers, and software developers
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas to their essence
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility in working hours (to enable research sessions with US-based users)


Nice-to-haves

  • Experience or formal education in UX research and UX writing
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in a B2C company

  • We are located in Rothschild, Tel Aviv
  • Our hybrid model includes four days in the office and one day at home
